Mission

The IAM Manager / Sr. Manager is a key member of the BSI’s Global Information Security team who works collaboratively with Enterprise Infrastructure, Applications, Architecture and Business teams to define, implement, and maintain identity management standards and tools.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with CISO, IT stakeholders and business to develop a global IAM strategy for employees, contractors, and consumers (B2E, B2B and B2C).
  • Evaluate IAM tools and identify the right toolset for BSI based on business requirements and use cases
  • Govern and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes and tools
  • Review current state architecture and recommend improvements that scales for business growth
  • Drive automation in the IAM domain
  • Identify and implement solutions to support seamless access authentication, authorization. provisioning and terminations
  • Manage and coordinate user access reviews for relevant applications including SAP
  • Enhance access management process and procedures focusing on risk-based access
  • Work with HR and other business partners to implement Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Owns strategy and toolsets for Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Provide advice and recommendations for systems improvements that will result in improved cyber security posture
  • Create and maintain IAM risk management policies and standards including enterprise password manager tools and policies
  • Monitor vendors and drive aggressively to achieve agreed upon SLAs
  • Exception management and approval of emergency, terminations, and changes to access
  • Support M&A and other activities as assigned by the manager

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • 7-10 years of managing an IAM program and successful implementation of IAM toolsets
  • Deep knowledge of LDAP, Azure AD, and access management architectures
  • Experience in consumer identity management (CIAM)
  • Strong project management skills to meet deadlines and budget
  • Working knowledge of IAM tools and cloud infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of PAM processes
  • Experience with SAP GRC
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors and driving SLAs
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE) and risk management processes
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and participate as a team player
  • One or more of the following certifications is preferred - CISSP, CISA
  • Experience working with internal and external auditors
