As a leader in HR Analytics, you will be responsible for strategic analytics initiatives, people research, and experimentation. You will collaborate with the HR Team and Business Leaders to solve essential business and HR challenges around attracting, developing, retaining, and motivating the best talent. With a deep enterprise mindset, you will use your analytics expertise to evaluate and impact every step of the employee experience. To be successful, you'll need to excel at gathering requirements, developing hypotheses & analyzing large and disparate data sets, discovering unconventional relationships across data sources, and informing/influencing stakeholders on programs and processes that surface actionable people insights that support innovation, change, strategy creation and the return on investment of human capital.




Role Responsibilities

  • Uses knowledge of business and data to discover and/or anticipate problems or opportunities where data can be leveraged to address the need
  • Interprets results of analyses, identifies trends and issues (forecasting), and develops alternatives to support business objectives
  • Applies research methodology to collect insights and test hypotheses in partnership with the business
  • Serve as a thought leader and develop plan to make people programs more data-driven including: pre-hire assessment, hiring, on-boarding, referrals, internal mobility, employee engagement, employee surveys, employee development and diversity initiatives
  • Applies data aggregation, descriptive analysis and data presentation techniques and tools to communicate complex findings and recommendations to influence others to take action
  • Demonstrates ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information to a variety of audiences and mediums.
  • Enables leaders and HR to make decisions about the workforce, while keeping in line with talent strategy
  • Takes a holistic perspective to support, guide, and frame people strategy and processes


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years experience in related field (I/O Psychology, Data Science, Analytics)
  • Experience in analyzing large and disparate datasets in an effective and scalable manner.
  • Experience designing and implementing experiments and/or assessing the effectiveness of people and learning programs.
  • Experience in research design, visualization techniques, and analysis approaches in which you manage and analyze both structured and unstructured data.
  • Understand how to leverage data visualization tools, such as Visier and Tableau, to present data and insights.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to communicate complicated solutions in a simple, digestible way with data
  • Experience working with confidential data
  • Strong domain specific knowledge in Human Resources data and processes strongly preferred
  • Understanding of the external people analytics landscape and trends
