Role Responsibilities


  • Help Brand House leadership make key financial decisions with supporting quantitative analysis that drives long-term premiumization strategy for the brand house  i.e. Model brand P&Ls to drive recommendations around brand growth levers while tying in understanding of balance sheet to optimize ROIC
  • Support financial performance through high quality decision support and FP&A including overall P&L, sales and margin management, free cash flow and ROIC
  • Support ad hoc requirements from the Brand House teams in pursuit of near-term deliverables and long-term goal


  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting packages and associated presentations, providing Brand House analytics as requested
  • Prepare internal reporting and analysis of financial results / PBMC performance for Brand House leadership (+allocations where applicable)
  • Drive continual improvement of reporting and processes with the goal of driving consistent, timely, and value-added analysis



  • Consolidate markets global demand and review future liquid lay down plan with strategy team, operations and supply chain given brand strategic pillars, ROIC analysis & demand trends
  • Work with operations to review ROIC analysis per brand family
  • Analyze Marketing investment and provide recommendations on opportunities to improve efficiency of spend



  • Develop P&Ls for new product launches/innovations initiated by brand teams - Includes new product launches, size extensions, re-design, DTV, discontinuations
  • Help the Brand House on Innovation Prioritization to ensure limited in-house resources are allocated to key projects
  • Understand the role of innovation strategy on the long-term health of the brands within the Brand House and broader BSI portfolio
  • Conduct post performance analysis on key innovations to identify key learnings that can be integrated into future outperforming



  • Model brand P&Ls to drive recommendations around brand growth levers & opportunities while tying in understanding of balance sheet to optimize ROIC
  • Provide update on constrained vs. unconstrained liquid, build strategic liquid market prioritization and manage allocation request for future market planning
  • Provide counsel to regional owners on in-year liquid optimizations for allocated products to ensure correlation with strategic objectives and defined PBMCs
  • Work on levers to increase brand profitability on core range (i.e. pricing review, cogs analysis) and assess financial impact for core range review (i.e. new sku/ discontinuation)



  • Manage tracking and reporting of visitor center financials
  • Partner with Heritage Center leads to explore new revenue streams and maximize visitor experience to drive key spend metrics


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance is required.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (candidate will develop and maintain key working relationships within the organization that cross over marketing, pricing, operations, supply chain and commercial finance)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills required - ability to extract, manipulate and analyze data
  • Ability to conceptualize and think strategically and creatively 
  • Demonstrate ability to work and excel within an environment that is not always black & white; the individual must be comfortable in an environment where answers are not always obvious and sometimes require open-ended analyses + critical thinking to produce a business recommendation
  • Team player who is flexible and adaptable in their approach
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stage projects to their completion
  • Self starter, passion to challenge the status quo, curiosity, desire and ability to think beyond surface level, dive deeper into financials and strategic thinking
  • Specific experience in consulting would be a plus
