As the People Analytics Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our analytics capabilities. You will collaborate closely with HR partners and the Talent Center of Excellence to deliver critical insights that empower our talent and business decisions. What You'll Do:
• Lead with Impact: Take ownership of our analytics delivery platform, Visier, and explore data to present findings that matter to our leaders.
• Drive Innovation: Use your expertise to develop new analysis tools and consult on data findings that focus on leadership effectiveness, retention, and talent mobility while focusing on measures of inclusiveness.
• Engage and Inspire: Prepare compelling presentations that communicate actionable insights through storytelling and visualizations, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Champion Learning: Manage our newly launched people analytics learning program, leading training sessions and encouraging collaboration among peers.
• Collaborate and Connect: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute studies and share key insights that inform our people programs.
Role Responsibilities
• Scope, design, prepare, and deliver analytical products in collaboration with internal teams.
• Interpret results by identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for further investigation.
• Serve as a thought leader to recommend initiatives and processes that enhance data-driven decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare presentations to effectively communicate results and actionable recommendations using storytelling techniques and visualizations for senior leaders and HR audiences.
• Drive usage and adoption of the Visier analytics platform within our expanded People team.
• Manage analytics delivery platforms, overseeing user permissions and ensuring appropriate content access for stakeholders.
• Leverage your knowledge of HR and statistics to build analyses, surveys, dashboards, and metrics that support HR and business goals.
• Lead data integration projects to the Visier platform and participate in data quality checks.
• Conduct regular engagement sessions with HR partners to share insights and deepen understanding of business needs.
• Stay abreast of new trends in the HR and analytics community, summarizing and sharing key insights with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques (including predictive modeling and machine learning) and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and data integration processes.
• A passion for fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within an organization.
Who You Are:
You are a self-driven, curious individual with a strong background in analytics and a desire to make a lasting impact. With at least 5 years of experience in people analytics and a solid understanding of HR data, you excel in interpreting complex data and communicating findings effectively to senior leaders. Your proficiency in business intelligence tools and familiarity with the talent lifecycle will enable you to thrive in this high-visibility role.
