Mission
We will lead the industry in creating luxury/super premium brand experience at iconic accounts in strategic cities.

Responsible for managing ~50 Influential accounts, which include premium/luxury hotels, cocktail bars, and restaurants.  The goal of the position is to increase identified brand perception by securing back bar distribution and top-selling cocktail placements. Executing staff trainings and unique brand events are crucial to attaining consumer & trade engagement with our targeted brands.  

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can work cross-functionally to achieve our On-Premise Team’s priority initiatives, deliver impactful results, and build key relationships.

Role Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:
•    Build deep relationships with influential on-premise accounts and provide unparalleled customer-focused service
•    Deliver an integrated, multi-level and coordinated marketing/sales approach for customers and consumers
•    Drive usage of actionable category insights, industry trends and deliver customer-first brand solutions
•    Increase credibility, extend brand awareness, and grow brand loyalty & trust through brand presences in assigned accounts 
•    Work closely with local distributor on account calls and brand activities to drive our on-premise priority luxury/premium brands
•    Achieve assigned distribution, menu, house cocktail, value/volume, and training/event KPI goals on a quarterly basis
•    Work closely with marketing team(s) to utilize priority brand assets in assigned accounts to enable and successfully execute staff trainings, menu/feature placements, back bar distribution and point of sale merchandising.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience
•    Bachelor’s Degree Required
•    2 - 5 years of experience in the alcoholic beverage industry – On-Trade or Distributor 
•    Proven track record of results in on-premise customer management 
•    Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills 
•    Excellent communication skills, Creativity, Collaboration
•    Experience with Influential Customers and/or Channel Management experience
•    An understanding of category management and its applications
•    Effective Budget Management Capabilities
•    Advanced computer skills especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. 
•    Working knowledge of Social Media and commercial application.
