Role Responsibilities

We will lead the industry in creating customized account experiences within the On-Premise channel that connect with their consumers, while driving trial of our brands.


Beam Suntory’s Mixologist will be responsible for developing account specific drink programming to support and enhance the consumer drink experience within the on-premise channel.  Ultimately, creating demand and driving market share growth of Beam Suntory’s portfolio through key On-Premise customers in partnership with the sales team. The position will report to the Sr. Consumer Marketing Manager, National Accounts, On-Premise.


The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can work cross-functionally to achieve the On-Premise Team’s priority initiatives, deliver impactful results, and help to build key relationships for our brands. The role is both customer, BSI sales & brand marketing-facing and will require active communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.



  • Maintaining Beam Suntory’s Mart Bar as a showpiece – keeping it clean, organized, stocked with all supplies, above health code
  • Manage Mart Bar Cocktail parties and events, limited to managing cocktails
  • Develop different & distinct cocktails, provide solutions for ease of execution for both National & Regional Accounts
  • Prepare & present comprehensive deck with recipes, images, glassware recommendations & cocktail costing to buyers
  • Support brand teams with cocktail and serving recommendations, developing new drink strategies or refinement of existing cocktails
  • Build strong relationships with influential on-premise chains/groups and provide insights driven drink development around current & emerging trends
  • Coordination and assistance of industry conferences and event planning



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 5-7 Years minimum of Alcoholic Beverage Industry Sales and/or Marketing Experience
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced computer skills especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Working knowledge of Social Media and commercial application
  • Familiarity with Technomics, Datassentials, and to leverage insights and company data
