Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Global Process and Data Program Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting the RGM Data Program Manager from both an Analytical and Change Management perspective. In doing so they will support projects focused on RGM, Finance, and IT in terms of improvers in processes, reports, data structure, and data modeling.

The key components of this role include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of core RGM processes to support better data visibility
  • Create, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports to support decision-making on RGM topics
  • Coordinating with regions to ensure RGM process, tools, and reports are used effectively to enable monitoring and delivery of results and identification of areas of best practice.
  • Knowledge expert on Beam SAP Data and Queries.  Working through internal ERP improvements with the business and IT Stakeholders.
  • Preparation and coordination of localized training materials aligned to the PowerBI report developments
  • Support the Global Process and data program manager to co-ordinate with IT, regions, and change management to launch new analysis, scenario planning, and reporting suite successfully
  • Strong cross-functional capabilities, being a link between global, regional, and IT teams in order to ensure that systems and processes developed to address RGM needs, deliver a balance between Commercial needs and IT design/stability.
  • The role will focus heavily on data, reporting, and process standardization globally to drive new capabilities and improve existing ones. Through stakeholder management the role will help define the point of interchange between the data and reporting that can be standardized to drive efficiencies and the data/reporting.  

This role will work with both technical and functional parts of the business.  They will work to accomplish objectives and projects that will bring Finance and RGM into a more data, insights, and tool-driven phase of its development.  They will help support change management too.

 

Specific objectives include:

The role will play a key role in helping the global RGM team meet business and budget objectives through improvements to business systems and ways of working. The objectives of the role are as follows.

  • Work with the Master Data team in order to optimize Hierarchies and Attributes globally in order to create better data foundations and eventually, reporting and RGM modeling.
  • Assist and Own portions of the Internal Beam Datasets from a business perspective.
  • To support IT with Business Context and Requirements to help further the RGM Agenda
  • Work to understand and implement tools that relate directly to the RGM 5 Levers (Price, Mix, Promotions, Trade Terms, Brand Architecture)
  • Support the RGM Data Program with the development of prototypes, writing of detailed user stories, and various execution for technical projects.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Activities include Cross-functional collaboration, system, and data flow requirements, Process diagnosis, functional and financial system design, change management, and Excel/Power BI Model development.     Specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Process documentation and Process modernization as new tools and ways of working become available.
  • Work with local markets to drive global data standards across the business.
  • Collaboration with all RGM regions and program leadership.
  • Development of a strong Revenue Growth Management mindset that will support project requirements and new tool development.
  • Support key milestones in the RGM Data Program journey.
  • Work to understand different data sets (Internal and External) and how these data sets can be used to enhance current state capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years experience working within finance, IT, or consulting. RGM would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated success in supporting new processes or implementing change in businesses.
  • Strong strategic thinking, change management, and ability to manage projects, research, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Working Knowledge of IT systems including SAP/ERP implementations, financial reporting and modeling, Power BI, Tableau. Proficient PC skills: Microsoft Power aps (teams) Microsoft packages
