The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Media and Digital Marketing and be responsible for building out and owning the overall NA digital vision and strategy for brands across the BSI portfolio including the consumer journey, website development, content strategy and development, social, and data and analytics.  This day-to-day digital marketing brand lead will closely collaborate with the North America Marketing, eCommerce, and Global Digital Commerce teams and oversee the development of the brands’ annual digital strategy, unifying all NA digital programming within a cohesive ecosystem and then lead execution of recommended tactics and activation, resulting in measurable business outcomes.


Role Responsibilities


  • Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the North America Marketing, eCommerce, and Global Digital Commerce teams to create NA specific channel strategies for all relevant brand campaigns and product launches, with audience data and understanding as a central input
  • Digital Implementation: Implement strategy, guidelines, and process to facilitate seamless and connected digital marketing activation and content planning across all digital touch points in the consumer journey.  Drive KPI accountability for performance across digital channels, creating forecasts for all traffic and acquisition generating channels to map against year-end goals with ongoing performance reporting and optimization.
  • Data, Analytics, and Effectiveness: Own digital reporting, having a pulse on the digital business, reporting and actioning on “what now” initiatives and recommendations.  Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights, using strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Performance Media: Partner with Media team to execute media activations, including owning the creative development for US specific performance driving initiatives and campaigns
  • Social: Lead development and execution of owned US social strategy that translates into increased traffic, sales, and engagement, including development and execution of the social media content calendar, spanning all relevant channels, in collaboration with PR and Global Social teams
  • Digital Content: Lead content creation process for US specific website product and programming pages and US specific digital and social media (including copy), ensuring alignment with industry best practices and brand guidelines
  • CRM: Lead and coordinate US Loyalty and Email Marketing programs and strategies with a focus on data acquisition and driving omnichannel traffic engagement, sales, and profitability.  Continually leverage customer insights to further improve email acquisition, segmentation, personalization, re-engagement, and automation tactics
  • Innovation: Drive ongoing test and learn digital opportunities, identifying trends and exploring emerging technologies


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
  • 4-6 years of relevant digital marketing experience, including 3+ years of experience in a lead digital performance role, including promotional, trigger and brand marketing
  • Experience working as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Content Writer, or a similar role preferred
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • High-level knowledge in the following: Google Ads/Microsoft Ads/SA 360/Campaign Manager/Google Analytics 360/Data Studio/Facebook Ads/Email Marketing
  • Strong ability building, executing, and scaling omnichannel strategies
  • Highly data-driven, with an ability to pull insights and actions from analytics to fuel decisions and A/B testing agendas
  • Ability to easily navigate and drive consensus through influence in a highly matrixed environment while building cross functional relationships (both internal and external)
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working and leading cross-functional teams, as well as collaborate with outside partners
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
