Opportunity to join a dynamic team and quickly add value in support of the Global FP&A team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable finance experience in a fast-paced environment. This position will interact across the FP&A community and will partner with our global brand & functional marketing leaders.
Role Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Partner with Marketing teams on Brand Investment management, including planning and performance analysis.
- Business partner with accounting for monthly close processes by analyzing the figures and adjustments.
- Lead the T&E Reporting for all Global Brands teams.
- Work with IT to develop new improved processes to upgrade monthly reporting across FP&A and Brand Houses.
- Proactively identify process improvements.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 years of corporate finance experience required
- Analytical skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving business needs
- Comfortable working in a global team, with members & partners situated across the US & Europe.
The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, is $60,000 - $75,000, along with Annual Bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset.
