Mission

 

The Account Director is a high impact leadership role that drives our creative, strategic and business agendas forward on behalf of our brands and in support of our team vision.  First and foremost, the Account Director is responsible for leading our Powerhouse and Innovation portfolio of work and corresponding team with an enterprise minded, entrepreneurial approach.  This role will also have leadership responsibilities over the Operations Team within Proof, helping guide internal operations and team experiences.  Visionary leadership, passion for advancing our brands, creative savvy, strategic prowess, and enterprise thinking are inherent to this role and are essential to its success.

  • Partners with Senior Director on business development, team operations/experiences, and strategic/creative advancement of our product.  Adept at managing up, down, and laterally.
  • Creative and strategic savvy, helping advance and shape the work with passion and originality
  • Proven team leadership track record who demonstrates a “we over me” approach, successfully builds thriving teams who are highly engaged, and demonstrates high EQ consistently
  • Possesses new business mindset and has demonstrated success with developing and securing new business
  • Support strategic initiatives and understand key dynamics within corporate structure; identify Proof role and assimilate seamlessly to support stated company objectives and plans
  • Advance strategic visions set forth for Beam Suntory and Proof
