Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Marketing Manager in converting the brand strategies to channel strategies and plans for the Off Trade & On-premise channel.
  • Help in building promotional toolkits to help activations.  
  • Establish a system of tracking reports to control the execution of plan: investment vs budget, 6Ps tracking execution guidelines, POSM maintenance and availability.
  • Help consolidate the communication to the customer development team: monthly updates to the plan.
  • Participate actively in the S&OP’s process helping with the consolidation of the information sent by the sales team and collaborate in building plans to close the gaps.
  • Works closely with the Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Executives to assist them in the execution of plan.
  • Collaborate in the shopper and customer insight agenda. Understand the category consumption insights and translate it to drive channel dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Management program  
  • Articulate and strong analytical skills to build managerial reports.
  • 6-8 years overall experience with 2-3 Years of relevant experience in commercial functions (sales, trade) in Alcobev or relevant industries (FMCG)
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills  
  • Team-work player with strong communication and interpersonal skills with the supporting functions
  • Demonstrates high levels of adaptability, and flexibility when faced with ambiguous challenges.
  • Salary Grade: 5
  • Base Location: Bengaluru.
