Roles & Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of and experience in the beverage alcohol industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) will be preferred
  • An individual with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have the ability to service large potential accounts, identify each stakeholder within the organization and grow the account significantly in revenue and product range
  • Motivated & ensures Off-Trade activity calendar is executed timely
  • Ability to work to deadlines and/or under pressure and to remain calm and productive
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills (Internally & Externally)
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize business goals
  • Analytical skills, problem solving & Conflict management
  • Influencing skills, Flourishes in environments of ambiguity

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years’ experience in Sales
  • Preferred from Liquor Or FMCG/FMCD/Hospitality industry
