Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Develop world class customer marketing plans for defined account types to build our focus brands in Vienna and surrounding areas
- On Trade activation & Premium Off Trade activation incl. evaluation
- coordination & adaptation of e-com assets
- coordination with event agency
- On Trade activation: 
# Project lead on  On – Trade marketing Plans & concepts & tools in alignment with Sales Manager.
# Halo account: Lead the development & execution of innovative, regional customer specific initiatives to maximise brnad building and brand awareness outcomes
# cooperation with local gastro platform to foster frequency at our on trade clients (Online Newsletters, coordination events like the Cocktail week)
# POS procurement On Trade tools & responsibility POS Shop
# You are a relationship builder & you like to organize Bartender events/Trade events: organization & coordination
# Gastro influencer relationship management
Customers are at the Heart of all we do:
# The customers‘ customers are our consumers. Ensure a clear understanding of shopper and consumer needs to bring us closer tot he consumer
# Understand customer goals & build up tailored solutions
- Trade Fairs:
# coordination & execution
# booth responsibility
- Premium Whisky Store Activation:
# creation of newsletters/ activation windows
- Premium Off Trade:
# individualized activations in premium Off Trade (Alignment with GER Off Trade Team)

 

Clients:
- Sales Manager On Trade & Sales Reps
- Bartenders, Bar Owners, chefs
- PR & Event Agency
- Marketing Manager

 

The job will be approx. 40% on the field & 60 office/ home office work

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications:
- in-depth knowledge and recent experience of the On Trade environment
- strong project management skills & able to lead projects with a lot of stakeholders from different backgrounds with strong hands- on mentality
- structured work habits & very solution oriented mindset
- experience in a cross functional environment
- min. of 2 years work experience in agency with project management experience, event management with project management experience, brand activation/ trade marketing experience preferred in gastro- affine environment
- Studies in the area of marketing, marketing & sales or communication
 

Personality/Mindset:
- open-minded, outgoing, communicative, hands-on mentality, likes to work in a team, supportive & collaborative within the team, inclusive – work with gastro partners on eye-to eye level- cooperative mindset, innovative & creative mindset, motivated by project ownership & a drive to question the status quo, able to work independently & lead projects, self- reflected, strong social skills: able to connect with different personalities & manage diverse personalities
