Role Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Shopper marketing campaign & admin support.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and channels. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Lead managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and monitoring brand mentions.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Support large scale/ lead small scale planning and execution of brand-related events and activities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. 
  • Assist in managing the brand budget, tracking spending, and raising purchase orders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on brand performance and marketing/shopper marketing activities.
  • Support the execution of the local Bourbon/Scotch strategies, identifying market opportunities and key drivers (where to play, how to win).
  • Partner with peers and other internal partners to ensure all Brand projects meet milestones and budgets/ROI   
  • Participate in the NPD process

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years previous in consumer marketing experience
  • Business or marketing degree qualified
  • Liquor or Beverage industry experience is valued but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing software tools. \
  • Digital Marketing  
  • Event Management and/or background in Brand Activation
