What makes this a great opportunity?

A link between the Commercial Teams and Commercial Marketing, they are guarantors of compliance with the channel plan and brand guidelines in the On-Promise channel. They also support the sales team in achieving their objectives.

The Commercial Marketing Area is the guarantor of excellence in the implementation of regional Commercial Marketing plans and is a key figure in the negotiation with key customers.

Responsible for building brand in the direct channel, transferring and adapting Marketing campaigns to the point of sale, with the end consumer as the target.

Responsible for the design, monitoring, analysis, and implementation of Indirect channel plans in the territory.

Reference figure for the entire sales team (GC Core and Premium, KAR) in terms of brand information, promotional activity, market behavior and competition. An essential piece within the Commercial Marketing department when it comes to commercial information in your region.

Role Responsibilities

  • Splits your time and duties between the HI channel and the HD channel.                        
  • She participates in the development of channel plans and brand plans, ensuring that they reflect the needs and opportunities of their region.                            
  • Communicates and aligns Commercial Marketing strategies, plans and programs (included in the Channel Plan) with territorial managers and sales teams to ensure coherence in the commercial strategy and the achievement of objectives in the direct and indirect channels.                    
  • Coordinates the sales team ensuring excellence in the implementation of the Trade plans of both channels.

Coordinate the Commercial Team to ensure and guarantee the messages from the HQ.             

Qualifications

  • University Business degree.
  • MBA Preferred
  • English Written & spoken.
  • Spanish Written & Spoken

 

 

 

  • +2 years of experience on different commercial marketing/ Sales or Marketing positions of increasing responsibility.
  • +1 years of experience on different commercial marketing/or Marketing positions of increasing responsibility.
  • +1 Commercial experience on FMCG industry.
