Role Responsibilities

Provide support on time to all PROFOA company users about the technology information systems used in the field area, the support should be on line, or when needed on the place where the issue is happening.

Create new reports or views about information requested by the business or government organizations like Tequila Council Regulatory and SENASICA

Training the field area end users in the information technology system used in PROFOA company

Keep the information technology systems from PROFOA up to date to ensure they work and will work with the current and future operating systems

• Visit the agricultural engineers in the Agave fields when they have problems with the Yumma computers they use for registering the field activities performed
• Visit the 9 storage location we have currently along 4 Mexico states to help them fixing any problem related with the field area systems, when the issues were not able to fix remotly
• Set up Yumma computers with the field system, the Yummas are used by the Field crow leaders to register samples for having agave diseases control (it is part of SBH system).
• Support of the application that provides reports for SENASICA (The National Agri-Food Health, Safety and Quality Service from the Mexico Secretariat of Agriculture government division
• Train the people from the field in the use of the field area systems
• Provide support to drones from IT perspective, this is part of the agave plants inventory, we take the inventory agave plant using drones.

Qualifications

• Oriented to Solve problems.
• Do not have problem traveling when needed.
• Prioritize work.
• Working under pressure.
• Keep hardware and software knowledge up to date.
• English (at least intermediate level in reading and comprehension)
• awareness of the importance of security in IT area
