Role Mission
- Create and implement trade strategies and plan. He/She is responsible for achieving assigned sales target.
- Build and develop healthy and sustainable relationships with customers in North area.
- Lead the team to develop store visit plan to ensure sales execution.
- Provide timely feedback/insight from customers to develop effective trade plan.
- Develop, inspire and retain team member according to company procedures.
Responsibilities / Outcomes
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Manage and control promotion activities for different customer segment.
- Work with internal departments such as Marketing teams to engage clients more deeply
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Spirits/FMCG industries is highly preferred
- BS/MS degree, MBA is a plus.
- Proven track records in successfully leading a sales team to achieve sales target
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communications skills
- Passionate, proactive, result driven and ability to work at a fast pace
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
