This position is a key driver in ensuring materials & finished goods availability, support business on supply planning activities across EA with the goal of providing the highest level of customer service at the lowest possible operating cost, whilst increasing agility. Accountable in establishing and maintain optimum materials inventory to support RTD production & business growth. Ensure timely communication of risk and opportunities to the stakeholders by partnering with CM. Responsible for Coman management, ensure our business partner meet/exceed KPIs and seek continuous improvement opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

 

Supply Planning Management – EA

  • Responsible for supply planning in EA & PO Issuance
  • Liaise with the OUs or 3rd party vendors for the transportation of good to BS warehouses.
  • Collect and understand supply capacity; compare needs vs capacities and determine gap
  • Ensuring the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on inventory
  • Prepares and communicates shortage and supply risk and provides visibility of potential interruptions to relevant stakeholders
  • Lead & drive all distribution requirement planning continuous improvement projects.

 

Inventory & Operational Optimization

  • Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy and monthly closing reconciliation with 3PL vs SAP
  • Ensure proper management of RORI and collaboration with Commercialization and DP for smooth execution of Old/New SKU inventory phasing and business plans
  • Review and ensure safety stock setup for all SKUs in SAP are aligned with the inventory policy
  • SLOB management by partner with Commercial and Finance, take appropriate actions for disposal.
  • Understand the key drivers resulting in inventory landing fluctuation and take prompt actions to ensure inventory landing is aligned with budget.
  • Monitor DOS against target & identify improvement opportunities

 

Contract Manufacturing Management & Partnership

  • Lead cross functional teams to define and continuously improve key supplier performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain excellent CM partnership, manage/validate the supplier's quality (with support from QA team) to ensure the quality assurance of the RTD CFG and services.
  • Ingredient registration follow-up with CM for new RTD flavor project (Flavor, fermented milk etc)
  • Other future RTD production project for EA regions

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience – Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent qualification. At least 4 yrs of experience in managing E2E supply chain & prefer those from F&B and FMCG industries. Posses experience/knowledge in contract manufacturing would be advantages
  • Languages – Fluency in English and at least one other Asian language
  • IT & Computer Proficiency – Proficiency in MS Office and possess good working experience & knowledge in SAP R/3, APO and other ERP systems
