Role Responsibilities

在入职初期阶段,公司将提供全方位的带教和培训,且有机会轮岗至多个职能部门和多个地区,以便于更深入了解公司业务。

•    聚焦上海Off Trade渠道:CVS便利店业态,确保达成全年业绩;
•    负责终端业态采购部:新品洽谈、渠道活动及相对应进货量洽谈;
•    对接终端相应供应商:打款、物流 等相应事宜;
•    分析连锁终端渠道:年度/季度/月度 销售回顾,分析ROI,PDCA优化未来活动形式及方式;
•    月度业务绩效报告的准备工作;
•    提供客户的服务与支持;
•    与潜在客户和现有客户建立牢固、持续的关系;
•    追踪和报告销售业绩
•    及时了解产品知识和行业趋势
•    与其他团队成员和部门合作,优化销售工作;

Qualifications

•    语言能力:中文流利
•    技能:掌握基本Excel数据分析能力
•    有较强的沟通和表达能力

•   本科及以上学历
