MISSION STATEMENT:
The Senior Brand Manager builds the strategic plans with the Head of Marketing. He/She is creating & implementing the activation plan in accordance to the aligned strategy, in collaboration with the Global Brand Houses, Beam Suntory International teams, internal stakeholders & external providers.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead Annual and 3Y Growth Planning processes in close collaboration with the Brand House teams
- Develop, implement and track consumer-oriented brand activations in an omni-channel environment (Mass Retail, Cavistes/Specialists, On trade, e-commerce)
- Lead preparation and implementation of new products / limited editions launches
- Brief, manage & coordinate projects with Creative, Media, Social/Digital, PR, BTL agencies
- Align all key decisions with relevant internal departments (incl. Sales, Finance and Supply Chain) to achieve annual targets and objectives
- Manage of 2 Brand Ambassadors (external resources)
- Manage and control annual marketing budgets
- Define and track brand KPIs, including Nielsen & Kantar
Qualifications
- Education : Master degree in Business School
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a marketing role (in a luxury environment or in FMCG but with a strong interest and fit with super-premium/Prestige categories)
- Experience in managing a set of brands with a structured approach
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects - experience in working in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of different continuous data sources
- Strong P&L and commercial marketing skills
- Digitally competent, strong interest in consumer and category trends as well as Luxury categories
- Self-starter, flexible - intrapreneur mindset
- Proven team player with strong collaborative approach - to lead, build, drive and inspire
- Fluent French and English mandatory

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- International Experience highly valued
