Role Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the end-to-end process from the BSI depots-warehouses/plants to customer’s depots/state depots or stores, in line with the different Route to Market models by state within the country

2. Responsible to ensure high and best in class customer service to our customers in the assigned region (Target: OTIF > 97%)

3. Creation of managerial reports for the sales team (stocks available by warehouse, service level by sku, customer’s on-shelf availability) 

4. Works to generate savings in the full distribution process in alignment with the central Supply chain and logistic team in Gurugram. 

5. Connects with customers to work on On-shelf availabilities initiatives (improve reception, stocks in deposit and on shelf), improvements of service and cost reduction initiatives.  

6. Responsible for the individual development of the Depot coordinators and the warehouse management

Qualifications

  • Engineering or supply chain graduated
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service
  • Knowledge of and experience in the alcobev industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) a must
  • Ability to work within stiff deadlines and/or under pressure and to deliver the business objectives
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize business goals
