Role Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for delivering the monthly objectives in volume, NSV, and distribution for the territory.
  2. Coach and manage the Sales Executives/Representatives to deliver their monthly objectives. Responsible for objective setting and annual evaluation of the sales executives/representatives and controlling the compliance of the service norm defined for each territory.
  3. Responsible for designing and implementing distribution plans in key middlemen of the territory (distributors, wholesalers, corporations) to drive availability of the recommended assortment at the stores.
  4. Engage with key customers in the region to align top commercial priorities and joint business opportunities.
  5. Ensure receivables are within the agreed company policies and regular Credit Controls are implemented to protect the payment days received in time. 
  6. Ensure all customer claims are timely submitted to the company. Work with Sales Executives /Sales Representatives to ensure defined timelines and completion on time. Keep a healthy inventory in the customers while focusing on store availability and sell-out activities. Understand the category, brand strategy, marketing concepts, consumer behavior, brand promotions, brand creation, communication, and development and measure the effectiveness of all the consumer promotions.

Roles Responsibility

  1. Assist ZSM with sales planning for the upcoming quarter in line with the S&OP guidelines and find growth opportunities to accelerate the results of the territory.
  2. Drive sales operational reporting, following up on results versus targets (visits against the norm of executives, claims
  3. Input the immediate manager (ZSM) on customer development initiatives like Visibility programs, Distribution expansion, and efficiency building programs. In addition, helps in designing and recommending tactical initiatives based on competitors’ activities and market intelligence.
  4. Play an active role in resolving any customer service-related matters, and conflicts and escalate any issues to the immediate manager for timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA in marketing, business, or engineering.
  • 3-6  years’ experience in Spirits & Beverages Sales of FMCG companies with experience in handling On Premise/Horeca Key Accounts.
  • Customer Marketing / Commercial Effectiveness experience, preferably & an understanding of financial concepts & and experience in budget management.
