Role Responsibilities

  • Implementation of sales strategy and subsequently sales and marketing activity calendar.
  • Deliver sales volume, product mix, and gross / net margins by keeping track of supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor’s activities.
  • Drive sales operational requirements & reporting; following up on results versus targets.
  • Actively undertake account management and development of existing customer base
  • Drive sales development initiatives like Visibility programs, Distribution expansion and efficiency building programs. In addition, help the immediate manager in designing / recommending market development initiatives basis competitor activities and market intelligence.
  • Ensure receivables are within agreed company norms, Credit Control is implemented while planning sales for the month and beyond.
  • Play an active role in resolving any customer service-related matters, conflicts and escalate any issues to immediate manager for timely resolution
  • Drive sales automation programs and data analysis using latest IT tools for superior results

Qualifications

Graduate/MBA with at least 10 Years’ experience in Spirits & Beverages Sales
