General Helper - 2nd or 3rd Shift

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Below are the essential functions of the position:

• Performs a variety of general labor duties to include movement of cases for the Bottling departments.
• Normal job performance will require considerable walking, carrying, and lifting.
• Will be assigned other departmental General Helper duties as needed.
• Must maintain departmental quality standards as well as departmental/equipment cleanliness.
• Must adhere to all safety requirements, to include the wearing of PPE.
• Follows job safety and environmental requirements and communicates concerns to immediate supervisor.
• Follows all Food Safety, 5S and ISO guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Others duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have a high school education or equivalent.
• Have two years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a team environment.
• Able to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Able to read English with understanding and write legibly.
• Able to physically lift 40 pounds on a frequent basis, and 60 pounds occasionally.
• Able to push up to 100lbs frequently.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl occasionally.
• Able to perform all other physical requirements of the general helper duties.
