Senior Analyst - Commercial Finance

What makes this a great opportunity?
The Senior Financial Analyst role provides a great opportunity to join the US Commercial FP&A team and make an impact on the business. The role enables an understanding of the commercial business as it interacts with sales finance teams to enable forecasting, planning, and analysis of depletion performance within their markets. As part of the US Commercial FP&A team, the Senior Financial Analyst will also support the maintenance and reporting of depletion based financial results and gain a good perspective on the different roles within the team and their contributions to the business.
Role Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst include:
- Serve as a key Finance partner to leadership and region stakeholders to support profitable growth and timely insights to support decision making at all levels of the business
- Take ownership of the depletion-based P&L closes and reporting processes in partnership with Finance IT, Digital Data & Delivery teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant business results are available for downstream decision making activities
- Respond to the needs of the business by developing and refining standardized and ad-hoc reporting
- Support annual depletion planning including assistance in development of branded guidance, market targets, and weighted average COGS calculations
- Identify opportunities, and implement solutions, to enhance analysis and insights through process and reporting improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Experience: 3-5 years preferred. Experience within CPG industry is a plus
- Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for key insights with attention to detail
- Develop and maintain key working relationships within the organization
- Excellent communication and personal skills are a must
